Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption & Use

Angelica B Beauty gift cards are redeemable solely for services or products at our location(s) and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities or tips unless specifically stated.

To redeem, present the gift card at the time of purchase.

2. Expiration & Fees

No Expiration: Gift cards purchased from Angelica B Beauty do not expire.

No Fees: Angelica B Beauty does not charge any fees for the purchase, use, or maintenance of gift cards.

3. Refunds and Non-Refundable Policy

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or other value, except as required by applicable law.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Angelica B Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, reissued, or refunded unless required by law. Please treat gift cards as cash.

5. Limits on Use

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Angelica B Beauty gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

6. Compliance with Law

California Law: Angelica B Beauty gift cards are issued in accordance with California law. In California, if a gift card has a balance of less than $10, the cardholder may redeem the balance in cash upon request.

7. Fraud Prevention

Angelica B Beauty reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card purchase, redemption, or transaction if fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms and conditions is suspected.

8. Promotional Gift Cards

Any promotional gift cards issued by Angelica B Beauty for special events, promotions, or giveaways may have additional restrictions, including expiration dates or limited usage, which will be clearly stated at issuance.
