Elevate Esthetician – Angelica B Beauty
Location: South Park, San Diego Position Type: W2 Employee Experience Level: Established Estheticians
Availability: Must be available weekends (including Saturday & Sunday)
Pay: $25-$30/hr (based on experience) + all education/training included
Position Overview
The Elevate Esthetician program is perfect for established estheticians who are ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll receive mentorship, ongoing skill development, and a personalized roadmap to eventually launch your own independent practice—all while benefiting from ABB’s supportive community, resources, and transparency.
At ABB, we train estheticians to be well-rounded professionals. You will learn all services, not just the ones you prefer, so that by the time you go independent, you have multiple services mastered. Later, you can specialize and select your own expertise, but our focus is on creating high-level estheticians with a broad skillset.
What “Established” Means
*You have your own clientele.
*You excel in at least three services (for example: facials, lash lifts, and waxing).
*You come in with a strong foundation in social media and booking strategy to manage your schedule and attract clients.
*ABB will continue to develop your skills, including advanced services, marketing, client retention, and business fundamentals.
*Transparency: The clients you bring in are yours; you retain them with no conflict or negative impact.
Training & Skills You’ll Learn
*Hair Removal: Full body waxing (including Brazilians), full body sugaring (including Brazilians), facial waxing and sugaring, brow shaping, tinting.
*Skincare & Facial Treatments: Facials, Revision DMK facials, Hydrafacial, holistic facials, holistic massages.
*Lashes & Brows: Lash lifts, brow lamination.
*Makeup: Optional training in professional makeup application.
*Business Skills: Sales, social media, marketing, customer service, client retention.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide professional esthetic services with precision and care.
*Grow and maintain your client base while following your personalized roadmap for independence.
*Participate in ongoing training to expand your service offerings and elevate your skillset.
*Collaborate with ABB leadership to develop a personalized plan for launching or growing your independent practice.
*Partner with brands of your choice to support your business growth.
*Attend a 30-day review to assess clients, sales, and skillset alignment.

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) + all education/training included ($16,500 VALUE)
Position Overview
The Studio Esthetician role is perfect for Licensed individuals who are passionate about skincare and beauty, excited to learn, and eager to build their skills in a collaborative, women-led environment.
All Studio Estheticians begin at the front desk for 3–6 months to ensure a strong fit with ABB’s culture before starting hands-on service training.
Once training begins, you’ll observe experienced estheticians and gradually perform services on your own as you reach the required skill level. Practical assessments ensure you are mastering each service, and follow-up training helps you excel consistently.
At ABB, we train estheticians to be well-rounded professionals—you will learn all services, not just your favorites, so that by the time you go independent, you have multiple services mastered. Later, you can specialize and select your own expertise, but our focus is on creating high-level estheticians with a broad skillset.
Training & Skills You’ll Learn
*Hair Removal: Full body waxing (including Brazilians), full body sugaring (including Brazilians), facial waxing and sugaring, brow shaping, tinting.

⚠️ Important: This is not a stepping-stone role for estheticians. We are looking for someone who wants to shine as a career front desk + retail sales expert, building strong client relationships and excelling in product sales long-term.
What You'll Be Doing:
*Be the first impression of Angelica B Beauty—warm, welcoming, and sales-focused
*Engage every client in genuine conversation, identify their needs, and confidently recommend retail or services
*Sell with confidence—from skincare to makeup to boutique add-ons
*Use social media (Instagram/TikTok stories, reels, product tips) to highlight products, share tips, and engage our online community
*Assist clients with light makeup demos and consultations
*Manage check-ins, check-outs, and bookings while keeping the boutique running smoothly
*Own your numbers—set, track, and achieve personal and team sales goals
*Partner directly with the owner to create a strong, sales-focused front desk culture that will set the standard for all future hires
*Keep retail displays fresh, stocked, and inspiring
*Stay on top of product knowledge and seasonal promotions
What We’re Looking For:
