Too often, there’s shame or negative energy around estheticians wanting to go independent, and we want to change that. We now offer two distinct esthetician paths:
Elevate Esthetician: For established estheticians looking to grow their skills, build a roadmap, and eventually launch their own independent practice.
Studio Esthetician: For new or early-career estheticians who want to develop their skills, grow their clientele, and thrive as part of our team.

+ Front Desk Sales + Beauty Advisor
What We’re Looking For: Do you light up when talking to people? Are you the type who can sell your favorite product to anyone because you believe in it? Do you love beauty, social media, and hitting goals? If so—you might be the perfect fit for our Front Desk Sales + Beauty Advisor role at Angelica B Beauty.
Must-Have Qualities: We’re not just looking for someone to sit at the desk. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing sales professional who can create connections, confidently recommend products, and close sales—while still making every client feel genuinely cared for.

⚠️ Important: This is not a stepping-stone role for estheticians. We are looking for someone who wants to shine as a career front desk + retail sales expert, building strong client relationships and excelling in product sales long-term.
What You'll Be Doing:
*Be the first impression of Angelica B Beauty—warm, welcoming, and sales-focused
*Engage every client in genuine conversation, identify their needs, and confidently recommend retail or services
*Sell with confidence—from skincare to makeup to boutique add-ons
*Use social media (Instagram/TikTok stories, reels, product tips) to highlight products, share tips, and engage our online community
*Assist clients with light makeup demos and consultations
*Manage check-ins, check-outs, and bookings while keeping the boutique running smoothly
*Own your numbers—set, track, and achieve personal and team sales goals
*Partner directly with the owner to create a strong, sales-focused front desk culture that will set the standard for all future hires
*Keep retail displays fresh, stocked, and inspiring
*Stay on top of product knowledge and seasonal promotions
What We’re Looking For:

*Strong communication skills and a fearless, outgoing personality
*Retail sales, beauty counter, or service sales experience is a major plus

Designed for estheticians who already have a client base and excel in multiple services (e.g., facials, lash lifts, waxing)

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) + all education/training included ($16,500 VALUE)
Position Overview
The Studio Esthetician role is perfect for Licensed individuals who are passionate about skincare and beauty, excited to learn, and eager to build their skills in a collaborative, women-led environment.
All Studio Estheticians begin at the front desk for 3–6 months to ensure a strong fit with ABB’s culture before starting hands-on service training.
Once training begins, you’ll observe experienced estheticians and gradually perform services on your own as you reach the required skill level. Practical assessments ensure you are mastering each service, and follow-up training helps you excel consistently.
At ABB, we train estheticians to be well-rounded professionals—you will learn all services, not just your favorites, so that by the time you go independent, you have multiple services mastered. Later, you can specialize and select your own expertise, but our focus is on creating high-level estheticians with a broad skillset.
Training & Skills You’ll Learn
*Hair Removal: Full body waxing (including Brazilians), full body sugaring (including Brazilians), facial waxing and sugaring, brow shaping, tinting.
*Skincare & Facial Treatments: Revision DMK facials, Hydrafacial, holistic facials, holistic massages.
*Lashes & Brows: Lash lifts, brow lamination.
*Makeup: Optional training in professional makeup application.
*Business Skills: Sales, social media, marketing, customer service, client retention.
Key Responsibilities
*Learn and provide professional esthetic services under mentorship.
*Participate in comprehensive service training, which can take up to three months depending on prior experience, including follow-up to ensure mastery.
*Observe experienced estheticians before gradually performing services independently.
*Participate in sales and business training to excel in both service and retail.
*Build relationships with clients while learning strategies to retain and grow your client base.
*Maintain a clean, professional workspace to uphold ABB’s high standards.
*Contribute positively to ABB’s collaborative, supportive team culture.
